According to the technical scheme, the waste soil around the landfill area can be recycled to the maximum extent to form the improved soil filler, the special soil conditioner is prepared according to different chemical physical engineering mechanics of the waste soil, the waste soil around the landfill area meets the filling requirement, traditional outsourcing filler is replaced, and the cost is reduced. And the engineering cost is effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the ecological environment is effectively protected.
