A plurality of supporting rods are horizontally arranged in the surrounding plate, the supporting rods are vertically arranged in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, the ends of the supporting rods are erected on supporting blocks arranged on the inner surface of the surrounding plate, a plurality of supporting plates are fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the surrounding plate, and electric vibrators are fixedly connected to the supporting plates. The dado pouring formwork is modularly arranged, the formwork does not need to be manually assembled in a limited operation space, labor input is reduced, manual operation is replaced by equipment, and safety risks are greatly reduced.
