Steel pipe pile rapid positioning device and construction method
The steel pipe pile rapid positioning device comprises a trestle bridge and a bailey beam guide frame, and further comprises a guide limiting mechanism which is arranged at the joint of the bailey beam guide frame and the trestle bridge and used for enabling the bailey beam guide frame to rotate in the transverse bridge direction of the trestle bridge. The positioning mechanism is arranged on the bailey beam guide frame, moves in the bridge direction of the bailey beam guide frame and is used for positioning the steel pipe pile to be always kept in a vertical state; according to the rapid positioning device for the steel pipe pile and the construction method, the bailey beam guide frame rotates in the transverse bridge direction of a trestle through the guide limiting mechanism, and the positioning mechanism positions the steel pipe pile, keeps the steel pipe pile in a vertical state all the time and conveys the steel pipe pile to a preset pile position; the method for ensuring the vertical sinking of the steel pipe pile during vibration sinking by controlling the perpendicularity of the steel pipe pile guide frame solves the problems that when an existing steel pipe pile guide frame is installed and positioned, the position of the guide frame needs to be continuously adjusted through lifting equipment, so that positioning is difficult, and the positioning precision is not high and inaccurate.
