The invention discloses a building prestress supporting structure for foundation pit protection, which comprises a foundation mechanism, an outer protection mechanism, a water swelling rubber waterstop and a prestress supporting mechanism, the water swelling rubber waterstop is arranged on the inner side of the outer protection mechanism, and the foundation mechanism comprises a concrete pouring body; the concrete pouring bodies are arranged on the two sides of the outer protection mechanism, the prestress supporting mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the water swelling rubber waterstop and used for providing prestress before pouring of the concrete pouring bodies and guaranteeing the structural strength, and after pouring is completed, the concrete pouring bodies extrude the outer protection mechanism inwards, so that the water swelling rubber waterstop is formed. Due to the fact that prestress is applied to the two sides through the prestress supporting mechanism, the prestress and extrusion force are offset, the structural strength is improved, and meanwhile deformation of the outer protection mechanism is reduced.
