The inclination-adjustable anti-subsidence foundation comprises a starting device and at least four adjustable jacks, and the four adjustable jacks are correspondingly arranged between the top faces of four foundation main columns and the bottom faces of tower legs of the power transmission tower respectively. The shape of the adjustable jack corresponds to the shape of the tower leg and the shape of the foundation main column, a limiting plate is arranged on the side portion of the adjustable jack, and a bolt hole is formed in the limiting plate; foundation bolts are arranged to penetrate through the bolt holes of the tower legs and the bolt holes of the limiting plates and are fixed to the foundation main column, the foundation bolts are fixed through locking nuts, and the locking nuts are located at the tops of the tower legs; the starting device is used for being connected with the adjustable jack. And timely straightening of the iron tower is realized in a time-saving and labor-saving manner, further expansion of tower inclination faults is avoided, and line operation safety is guaranteed.
