A flange plate is provided with an assembly hole corresponding to a mounting hole; the screw rod penetrates through the assembly hole and then extends below the mounting hole, and the screw rod can only rotate relative to the flange plate; the rotation stopping piece extends in the length direction of the screw rod, the top end of the rotation stopping piece is connected with the flange plate and the screw rod, the bottom end of the rotation stopping piece is only connected with the screw rod, and the rotation stopping piece can limit axial movement of the screw rod; the nut is connected to the periphery of the screw in a threaded mode, and the rotation stopping piece can limit rotation of the nut. The screw rod is rotated above the table top, the rotation stopping piece is kept still, the nut can move upwards or downwards along with rotation of the screw rod under the rotation stopping effect of the rotation stopping piece, and then the nut is made to abut against or leave the lower end face of the installation hole. Therefore, the nut and the bottom end of the table top can be screwed and separated only by rotating the screw rod on the table top, the operation procedure is extremely simple, the screw rod does not need to be operated in the axial direction, and operation is convenient; meanwhile, the number of parts for installing the assembly is small, the cost is reduced, and machining and assembling are extremely simple and convenient.
