The invention discloses a replaceable multi-stage energy dissipater device which comprises embedded parts used for being connected with a reinforced concrete connecting wall, an outer energy dissipation steel ring, an inner energy dissipation steel ring arranged on the inner ring of the outer energy dissipation steel ring in parallel and fixing parts used for connecting the outer energy dissipation steel ring and the embedded parts, and the fixing parts are arranged on the inner sides of the two embedded parts correspondingly. An outer energy dissipation steel ring is clamped between the two fixing parts, the outer energy dissipation steel ring and the inner energy dissipation steel ring can both yield and deform to offset vibration energy, and the yield displacement of the inner energy dissipation steel ring is smaller than that of the outer energy dissipation steel ring. When the vibration phenomenon is small, the inner energy dissipation steel ring and the outer energy dissipation steel ring generate the yield deformation phenomenon so as to offset vibration energy, and when the vibration phenomenon is large, the inner energy dissipation steel ring and the outer energy dissipation steel ring can generate the yield deformation phenomenon so as to offset the vibration energy. Therefore, the device can achieve multi-stage energy dissipation, the anti-seismic performance of the structure is effectively enhanced, and the device has the effect of resisting earthquakes.
