The ceiling is formed by pouring reinforced concrete, the ceiling is provided with a mounting position, the mounting position is formed by exposing a reinforcing steel bar layer after concrete on the lower portion of the ceiling is chiseled away, the bottom plate is fixedly connected to the reinforcing steel bar layer of the mounting position, and the hook is welded and fixed to the lower portion of the bottom plate; the invention further comprises an installation method that the hook is welded to the ceiling through the bottom plate, smooth construction of the hook is achieved under the condition that the ceiling is not dismantled or reconstructed, meanwhile, the hoisting requirement is met, a new method for solving the hook problem is brought to engineering design construction, the whole construction process is easy to operate, and the hook structure is firm and reliable.
