The invention discloses a truss structure, a manufacturing method thereof and a roof structure. The truss structure comprises a peripheral fixing piece and at least one integrally-formed supporting piece which are located on the same plane. The peripheral fixing piece surrounds the whole outline of the supporting piece and forms a surrounding area; the peripheral fixing part and the supporting part are fixed through a plurality of fixing positions, and the fixing positions of the supporting part are straight or arc-shaped. A traditional triangular unit forming mode is changed, the bearing point of the truss structure is counteracted in an arc form, and therefore internal stress distribution of the truss structure is more average and stable. Meanwhile, by combining the material characteristics of bamboos, a novel structural system integrating the material characteristics of the truss structure is formed, the cost and the number of connecting parts are greatly reduced on the premise that the bearing capacity is guaranteed, the stress system of the truss structure is effectively optimized, the low-carbon and environment-friendly effects are improved, and the truss structure has industrial popularization significance.
本发明公开了一种桁架结构及其制造方法、屋顶结构,包括位于同一平面的外围固定件和至少一个一体成型的支撑件;所述外围固定件包围于所述支撑件的整体轮廓外并构成一包围区域;所述外围固定件和所述支撑件通过若干处固定位置固定,所述支撑件在所述固定位置为平直或弧状。本发明一改传统的三角形单元构成方式,将桁架结构的承重点以弧线形式抵消,从而使桁架结构的内部受力分布更加平均稳定。同时结合竹木本身的材质特性,形成融合了桁架结构自身材质特性的新型结构体系,在保证承重能力的前提下极大省却了连接部件的成本和数量,有效优化了桁架结构的受力体系,并提升了低碳环保效果,具有行业推广意义。
