The invention discloses a modular truss roof structure and a manufacturing method. The truss roof structure comprises a plurality of truss modules which can be assembled in sequence, and each truss module comprises a truss structure and a riding track structure installed on the truss structure; and when the plurality of truss modules are sequentially spliced, the plurality of truss structures aresequentially spliced to form a main truss of the truss roof structure, and the plurality of riding track structures are sequentially in butt joint in the main truss to form a riding track. The modularstructural design that the truss structures and the riding track structures are integrated is adopted, when the main truss of the truss roof structure is assembled, the riding track on the main trusscan be assembled synchronously, compared with a construction method that in the prior art, a truss module is assembled firstly and then a riding track is assembled, the complex steps of the riding track split assembling procedure are reduced, the process occupation time is greatly shortened, and the construction cost is reduced; and a truss module assembly cross-combination bolt rapid connectionjoint is further provided, and construction is more efficient and convenient.
