The invention discloses an assembly type fin-shaped pre-welding structure with a square column wrapped by a cylinder and an installation method thereof.The structure comprises a round steel column, a plurality of fin-shaped pre-welding assemblies arranged on the outer side of the round steel column and a base plate arranged on the outer sides of the fin-shaped pre-welding assemblies, and the fin-shaped pre-welding assemblies are arranged on the outer side of the round steel column at equal intervals; the fin-shaped pre-welding assembly comprises eight fin-shaped pre-welding pieces sequentially arranged on the outer side of the round steel column, and a square structure is defined by the outer side of the fin-shaped pre-welding assembly and used for installing an outer side base plate. The fin-shaped pre-welding piece is of a hollow cavity structure formed by sequentially connecting an outer supporting plate, a first connecting plate, an arc-shaped plate and a second connecting plate. According to the fabricated fin-shaped pre-welding structure, transformation of a square column wrapped by a cylinder is achieved through the fabricated fin-shaped pre-welding structure, a feasible reference process is provided for changing the cylinder into the square column in actual construction, and the fabricated fin-shaped pre-welding structure of the square column wrapped by the cylinder is completed through combined construction assembly and dry construction; different from a traditional construction technology, the overall structure is simple, installation is convenient, and the assembly type fast-assembly and fast-disassembly characteristics are met.
