The invention discloses a large-span multi-arch tunnel body outcrop section construction method which comprises the specific steps that S1, fender posts and baffle walls are constructed at the rock-free supporting position of the outer side of a right tunnel, S2, foam concrete backfilling is conducted at the suspended position of a tunnel bottom plate till the elevation of a structural bottom plate is reached, S3, a temporary edge upward slope is excavated and protected, and S4, the tunnel body outcrop section is constructed. S4, a tunnel main hole is excavated, and the top is backfilled; according to the construction method for the exposed section of the large-span multi-arch tunnel body, fender posts and baffle walls are constructed at the rock-free supporting positions of the outer side of a right hole, foam concrete backfilling treatment is conducted according to the suspension condition of a tunnel bottom plate, then a temporary edge and an upward slope are excavated and protected, and finally tunnel main hole construction excavation and top backfilling are conducted. The problems that no surrounding rock exists on the outer side of the tunnel, effective supporting is lacked, the stress unbalance influence is brought to the whole lining structure of the tunnel, an inverted arch cannot be laid due to the fact that a tunnel bottom plate is suspended, and normal excavation of a pilot tunnel in the tunnel is influenced are solved, and the quality safety of the tunnel body exposed section lining structure is greatly improved.
