Preparation method of high-strength foam concrete
The invention discloses a preparation method of high-strength foam concrete. According to the preparation method of the high-strength foam concrete, the foam concrete is prepared in a first stirring machine by adopting a chemical foaming method, the foam concrete is prepared in a second stirring machine by adopting a physical foaming method, then materials in the first stirring machine and the second stirring machine are mixed, and the foam concrete is finally prepared. After prefabrication or pouring, the high-strength foam concrete is obtained. The foam concrete prepared by the preparation method shows more balanced characteristics in water absorption, heat conductivity coefficient and compressive strength, and the phenomenon of low compressive strength caused by high water absorption and high thermal insulation performance (namely low heat conductivity coefficient) is avoided.
本发明公开了一种高强度泡沫混凝土的制备方法。所述高强度泡沫混凝土的制备方法通过在第一搅拌机中采用化学发泡法制备泡沫混凝土,并且在第二搅拌机中采用物理发泡法制备泡沫混凝土,然后将第一搅拌机和第二搅拌机中的物料混合的方式,最终制备得到泡沫混凝土,经过预制或者浇筑后,获得高强度的泡沫混凝土。采用本发明的制备方法制备得到泡沫混凝土在吸水率、导热系数以及抗压强度上表现出更均衡的特性,不会出现满足了高吸水率和高保温性能(即导热系数低),而导致抗压强度低的现象。
