The invention relates to a preparation method of a high strength foam concrete block, and belongs to the field of building materials. Aiming at the problems of poor effect of reinforcing foam concrete and incapability of reaching the industrial requirements, the invention provides expansion effect elimination by superfine grinding, and uses steel slag and blast furnace slag to replace partial cement as the calcareous material for foam concrete; the materials are combined with aerated concrete powder to reach chemical gas generation effect by using aluminum powder; foaming elastomer as an internal pore structure effectively eliminates the effect of external pressure on the foamed concrete, so as to cut off the internal stress, and achieve reinforcing of concrete. The steel slag is employed for producing foamed concrete, which saves resources and cost, and is green and environmentally-friendly; the strength of the foamed concrete is increased significantly to the highest pressure of 30MPa; the combination of foam elastic and concrete reaches compact structure and strong anti-compression ability.
