Hard rock foundation pit construction method combining static crushing and mechanical chiseling
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and discloses a static crushing and mechanical chiseling combined hard rock foundation pit construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, deepening a hard rock foundation pit into a stepped process by combining a rock crushing technical scheme design; s2, surveying and setting out; s3, static crushing parameters are designed based on a crack propagation rule, and then drilling and free surface construction are conducted; s4, static crushing agent slurry is poured into the drill holes; s5, secondary chiseling and crushing through a mechanical vibration method, wherein the efficiency of mechanical chiseling and crushing of the hard rock is improved by applying the vibration effect in the crack propagation direction; and S6, filling and carrying broken stones, wherein the broken stones are filled and transported to a spoil field. According to the construction method provided by the invention, a static crushing technology and a mechanical shock vibration chiseling technology are combined, the problems of convenient and flexible construction and weakening of the excavation difficulty of the hard rock foundation pit are solved at the same time, and the construction progress and the overall economic benefit of a project are improved on the basis of guaranteeing safe and civilized construction.
