The invention specifically relates to a method for chiseling solid rock foundation independent base stones. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of according to geometric sizerequirements of an independent base foundation pit, performing measuring and unreeling; grinding a circle of linked holes with a water bit grinder to enable the middle parts of the stones to be chiseled to form an independent stone core, selecting a position in a circle of the linked holes, and breaking the independent stone core under the action of external force of a wedge; using a tower crane,an automobile crane or other hoisting machines to hoist the stone core away; if the pit bottom elevation cannot achieve the design requirements through chiseling once, repeating the above-mentioned working procedures until the pit bottom elevation achieves the drawing design elevation; pruning a part of small edges by an air pick; and cleaning stone ballast and stone chips, and completing chiseling. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in technology structure, dust and noise pollution during chiseling construction are greatly reduced, the labor intensity of construction staff can be effectively reduced, the working procedures are simplified, and the method has the advantages that construction quality is easy to guarantee, construction working efficiency is improved and construction cost is saved.
本发明具体是一种坚石地基独立基础石方凿除方法;其特征是:包括按照独立基础基坑的几何尺寸要求进行测量放线,利用水磨钻机钻成一圈相联的孔,使要凿除的石方中间形成独立石芯体,在相联的一圈孔内选定一位置通过楔子外力作用将独立石芯折断;使用塔吊、汽车吊或其他吊装机械将石头芯吊离,若一次凿除未能使坑底标高达到设计要求,重复以上工序直到坑底标高达到图纸设计标高;利用风镐修整部分小棱角,清理石渣、石屑后凿除完成。本方法工艺结构简单,大大降低了凿除施工的粉尘和噪声污染,可有效降低施工人员的劳动强度,减少工序,具有易于保证施工质量,提高施工工效、节省施工成本的优点。
