The invention relates to a nuclear power station tunnel cleaning guide wheel which comprises a roller part, a deflection part, a guide support and a mounting seat, the deflection part comprises a pressure sensor, the roller part is rotatably mounted in the guide support so as to enable the roller part to rotate around a rotating shaft of the roller part, and the deflection part is mounted on the guide support. When the acting force is applied to the roller piece, the guide support is controlled to drive the roller piece to deflect, and the pressure sensor is used for detecting pressure borne by the roller piece.
