And the pile vibration unit is selectively connected with the hoisting equipment and is used for applying sinking assisting force to the sinking unit until the sinking unit sinks to a preset position after the sinking unit is located at the first position. The rotary excavating unit is arranged on the construction platform and used for conducting rotary excavating operation in the sinking unit until the sinking unit sinks to the preset position after the sinking unit is located at the first position. According to the construction device, the sinking unit can be controlled to reach a deeper sinking position, and the sinking efficiency is high.
