Fabricated large-span arch crown structure of subway station and construction method
The invention discloses a subway station assembly type large-span vault structure, and relates to the technical field of building construction. A plurality of sets of prefabricated parts are sequentially arranged in the length direction of the subway station, each set of prefabricated parts is of an integrated structure formed by arch-shaped beam supporting and steel chord member prefabrication, the two ends of each prefabricated part are in lap joint with a diaphragm wall, and the prefabricated parts and the diaphragm wall are connected through fixing parts. The prefabricated plates are erected between every two adjacent prefabricated parts, the prefabricated arched beam supports and the steel chord members serve as prefabricated vaults and are erected on an underground diaphragm wall to form a first support, the prefabricated plates are hoisted and erected on the prefabricated arched beam supports in the main body back-building stage, and concrete is cast in place to form the vaults after steel bar lap joint is completed. After construction is completed, waterproof treatment needs to be conducted on the arch crown structure, finally, soil is backfilled, and the arch crown structure built in the mode has the advantages of being short in period, low in cost and good in waterproofness.
