The invention provides an underground station construction method based on a prefabricated reinforcement cage and an underground station, and aims to solve the problems that an existing traditional cast-in-place construction mode is long in construction period and large in labor demand; the problems that the construction efficiency is reduced due to the high assembly precision requirement of an existing prefabricated underground station, the waterproof and anti-seismic performance is difficult to guarantee, and hoisting and transporting of components are difficult due to the fact that part of components are too large in size and weight are solved. The underground station construction method based on the prefabricated reinforcement cages comprises the steps that according to the structure of an underground station, a continuous wall reinforcement cage and a bottom plate reinforcement cage of the underground station are prefabricated; a continuous wall reinforcement cage is installed, and continuous wall concrete is poured; a top beam reinforcement cage and a top plate supporting cross beam reinforcement cage are installed, and top beam and top plate supporting cross beam concrete is poured; mounting a waist beam reinforcement cage and a middle plate supporting cross beam reinforcement cage, and pouring waist beam and middle plate supporting cross beam concrete; and a bottom plate reinforcement cage is installed, and bottom plate concrete is poured.
