The invention discloses a construction method of prefabricated prestressed plates of an assembled underground station. Middle plates and top plates of the assembled underground two-layer station are of an integral reinforced concrete floor structure formed by overlapping and cast-in-place of the prefabricated prestressed plates. The thickness of each prefabricated prestressed plates is about halfof the thickness of a floor, inverted-T-shaped rib plates are adopted, prestressed steel strands are arranged in ribbed beams, prestress is applied through a pre-tensioning method, the prefabricated prestressed plates are hoisted and placed on a sliding platform car flatwise, the sliding platform car can walk on a single-side prefabricated overlapped outer wall plate and a semi-prefabricated overlapped beam side bracket beam, the prefabricated prestressed plates are efficiently moved to the mounting position through the sliding platform car, cantilever beams are adopted to lift the prefabricated plates, the sliding platform car is drawn away, and the prefabricated plates are mounted in place block by block. By adopting the sliding mounting method of the prefabricated prestressed plates ofthe assembled underground subway station, efficient assembling on a construction site can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种装配式地下车站预制预应力板的施工方法,所述的装配式地下两层车站的中板和顶板采用预制预应力板叠合现浇成整体式钢筋混凝土楼板结构。预制预应力板厚度约为楼板厚度的一半,采用倒T形肋板,在肋梁中布置预应力钢绞线,并采用先张法施加预应力,将预制预应力板呈平放状态吊运并放置到滑移平台车上,滑移平台车能行走在单侧预制叠合外墙板和半预制叠合梁侧边牛腿梁上,通过滑移平台车将预制预应力板高效移运至安装位置,并采用悬臂挑梁提起预制板,抽走滑移平台车,将预制板逐块安装就位。采用本发明装配式地下地铁车站预制预应力板滑移安装方法,可实现施工现场高效装配。
