The invention discloses a steel structure combined mortise and tenon type box beam column structure which comprises a beam column unit, a left cross beam, a right cross beam, a front cross beam, a rear cross beam, a sleeve unit, a beam column unit support and a bolt assembly inserted between the beam column unit and the sleeve unit. The beam column unit comprises an upper beam column and a lower beam column; the sleeve unit comprises a left half sleeve and a right half sleeve; the beam-column unit support comprises an upper beam-column support and a lower beam-column support; left and right beam webs of the left and right cross beams and front and rear cross beam webs of the front and rear cross beams are inserted to form a square joint; the upper beam column mortise and tenon joint of the upper beam column and the lower beam column mortise and tenon joint of the lower beam column are riveted on the square joint to form primary connection; and the left half sleeve and the right half sleeve are nested on joints after the left and right cross beams and the front and rear cross beams are preliminarily connected, and are attached to the beam-column unit through the beam-column unit support and the bolt assembly. According to the invention, the on-site welding amount is reduced, and a steel beam column mortise and tenon connection mode is provided for realizing standardized prefabrication production and convenient and rapid construction.
