The reinforced steel pipe column is located between the upper steel pipe column and the lower steel pipe column, and the upper and lower ends are fixedly connected with the upper steel pipe column and the lower steel pipe column respectively; a plurality of open grooves are formed in the reinforced steel pipe column, the open grooves penetrate through the side wall of the reinforced steel pipe column, and one end of each open groove vertically extends downwards from the upper end of the reinforced steel pipe column; the steel beam I and the steel beam II are arranged in the open groove of the reinforced steel pipe column after being arranged in a crossed mode, and the steel beam I and the steel beam II are both U-shaped steel beams.
