Fabricated metal bending yield damper
The invention discloses an assembly type metal bending yield damper. The assembly type metal bending yield damper comprises an X-shaped steel plate, a steel cushion block, a connecting nut and a connecting screw. The steel cushion blocks and the X-shaped steel plates are alternately arranged and assembled into a whole through pre-tightened screws, and vertical bolt holes are formed in the steel cushion blocks so that the damper can be connected with the structure in a bolting mode. Under the action of a horizontal earthquake, the upper end and the lower end of the damper generate relative displacement, the X-shaped steel plate is bent and deformed, and rigidity and damping are provided for the structure. Compared with a common metal bending damper, the metal bending damper does not need a welding process, and adverse factors such as residual stress generated in the welding process, process difference and easy breakage of a welding part are avoided, so that the stability of the mechanical property of the damper is improved; in addition, if the X-shaped steel plate needs to be replaced after an earthquake, the replacement efficiency can be effectively improved through the adopted assembly type connection mode.
本发明公开了一种装配式金属弯曲屈服阻尼器,包括:X型钢板、钢垫块、连接螺母和连接螺杆四部分。钢垫块与X型钢板交替布置,二者通过预紧的螺杆装配成整体钢垫块开竖向螺栓孔,以便阻尼器与结构栓接。该阻尼器在水平向地震作用下,上下两端产生相对位移,X型钢板发生弯曲变形,为结构提供刚度和阻尼。与常见的金属弯曲阻尼器相比,本发明无需焊接工艺,避免了焊接过程产生的残余应力、工艺差异和焊接部位易发生断裂等不利因素,因而提高了阻尼器力学性能的稳定性;并且,若震后需更换X型钢板,本发明中采用的装配式连接方式可有效地提高更换效率。
