The invention discloses a fast building type building anti-seismic node structure which comprises a lower column (1) and an upper column (2) which are in butt joint in the axial direction, a column sleeve (3) is fixedly welded to the top of the lower column (1), a column head (4) capable of being inserted into the column sleeve (3) is fixedly welded to the bottom of the upper column (2), and a driving device and a locking device are installed in the column head (4). The driving device comprises driving platforms (5) which are arranged in parallel, and a first driving connecting rod (7) which is obliquely arranged is arranged between the two driving platforms (5). Compared with a traditional bolt butt joint mode, the butt joint mode and the connection mode are simple, the on-site construction and installation progress is greatly improved, meanwhile, the overall connection strength is high, and the anti-seismic and tensile performance is high.
