The anti-seismic energy-dissipation building node structure comprises an I-shaped steel column and an I-shaped steel beam; a column beam is connected with a variable-diameter anti-disengaging energy-dissipation bolt assembly through an energy-dissipation seat frame; the energy-dissipation seat frame comprises a seat plate, mounting plates, reinforcing rib plates and supporting plates; the mounting plate is vertically and fixedly mounted in the middle of the seat plate; the reinforcing rib plates are vertically and fixedly mounted on an upper mounting plate, a lower mounting plate and the seat plate; the supporting plates are vertically and fixedly mounted on the mounting plates and the seat plate; the variable-diameter anti-disengaging energy-dissipation bolt assembly comprises a variable-diameter screw, an anti-disengaging nut and an energy-dissipation nut; the variable-diameter screw comprises a forward-rotating-direction large-diameter screw and a reverse-rotating-direction small-diameter screw which are directly connected; the anti-disengaging nut and the energy-dissipation nut are both matched with external threads on the variable-diameter screw at the corresponding positions; the energy-dissipation seat frame is installed on the I-shaped steel column through variable-diameter bolts; and the I-shaped steel beam is installed on the energy-dissipation seat frame through the variable-diameter bolts. Energy dissipation and shock absorption can be effectively achieved, and loosening can be prevented.
