The method comprises the following steps of secondary trowelling and press-polishing floor concrete of a roof structure layer, waterproof layer construction, drainage ditch side edge and separation seam construction, heat preservation layer and isolation layer construction, reinforcement mesh laying on the surface of an isolation layer, protection layer construction, separation seam and drainage ditch sealing construction and facing layer construction. The separation seams are formed in the waterproof layer, the separation seams are vertically through, and the slope making layer and the rigid waterproof protection layer are constructed through the separation seams, so that the construction process is simplified, the construction budget is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved; the separation seam is used as a screeding of the protective layer, so that the control difficulty of the flatness and gradient of the slope making layer can be reduced; the slope making layers are combined into the rigid waterproof protection layer, the thickness of the rigid waterproof protection layer can be increased, large-area cracking of concrete of the rigid waterproof protection layer is prevented, the construction quality of the inverted roof is improved, and water seepage of the roof is prevented.
