High-fluidity red mud slag geopolymer grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-fluidity red mud slag geopolymer grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The grouting material is composed of red mud, slag, waste glass powder, a naphthalene water reducer and a sodium hydroxide alkaline activator. The water-binder ratio of the grouting material is 0.6-1.0. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and uniformly stirring the red mud, the slag and the waste glass powder in parts by mass to obtain a sizing material component A; sodium hydroxide is dissolved in water, the concentration is controlled to be 2 mol/L, an alkaline exciting agent is formed, a naphthalene water reducer is dissolved in the alkaline exciting agent according to the mass part, and an additive component B is obtained; adding the rubber component A into the additive component B, and controlling the water-rubber ratio to be 0.6-1.0. The red mud, the slag, the waste glass and other wastes are used, the wastes are turned into wealth, and the naphthyl water reducer is added, so that the flowability and the mechanical property of the geopolymer grouting material are effectively improved.
