The invention discloses a high-fluidity geopolymer grouting material for an island reef environment and an infiltration grouting method and device thereof. The geopolymer grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1000 parts of mineral powder, 0-1000 parts of fly ash, 0-1000 parts of silica powder, 272-1089 parts of sodium silicate, 62-246 parts of industrial-grade alkali and 266-1065 parts of seawater. The infiltration grouting method comprises the steps that calcareous sand is used as a backfill material to be filled into a structure to be reinforced, and then the grouting material is injected into the surface of the backfill material to enable the backfill material to freely infiltrate; the grouting device can achieve integration of storage, stirring and grouting, the process is simple, operation is convenient, and movable grouting can be achieved. The geopolymer grouting material has high fluidity, can directly and freely infiltrate into the calcareous sand backfill material, has an excellent grouting effect, and meets construction requirements. According to the invention, the use of mineral powder and fly ash in the calcareous sand backfill material and the geopolymer grouting material realizes local material utilization of building materials and reuse of solid wastes, and fully practices the concepts of environmental protection and sustainable development.
