Foamed concrete and preparation process thereof
The foamed concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 90 to 120 parts of cement, 120 to 160 parts of gravel, 0.5 to 0.7 part of a water reducing agent, 42 to 48 parts of water, 12 to 14 parts of a foaming agent, 0.5 to 0.7 part of a water reducing agent, 18 to 22 parts of modified basalt chopped fibers and 3 to 5 parts of bentonite microcapsules, the modified basalt chopped fibers are prepared by the following method: S1, heating basalt chopped fibers, soaking the basalt chopped fibers in tetrachloroethylene, cooling the basalt chopped fibers, and washing the basalt chopped fibers to obtain prefabricated basalt chopped fibers; and S2, adding a silane coupling agent solution into the prefabricated basalt chopped fibers in the step S1, soaking, and drying to obtain the modified basalt chopped fibers. The effect of improving the mechanical property of the concrete is achieved.
