Cement foamed concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of foamed concrete, and particularly relates to cement foamed concrete and a preparation process thereof. The foaming ball is of a cavity type sphere structure, wherein hydrogen peroxide is contained in the foaming ball, the foaming ball body comprises sodium stearate and n-hexadecanol, and uniformly distributed micropores are formed in the surfaces of the foaming ball. According to the invention, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer are made into a sphere structure, in a stirring and mixing process of cement concrete, the foaming ball is placed in cement paste, heat of the cement is dissipated in the water adding and stirring process, then the temperature in the cement paste is increased, an aqueous solution enters the foaming ball along micropores in the surface of the foaming ball to be mixed with hydrogen peroxide, the hydrogen peroxide is decomposed to generate gas by utilizing water temperature while the inner wall of the foaming ball is dissolved by utilizing the temperature to be mixed with water to form a foam stabilizer, and the gas rushes out of the foam stabilizer and impacts outwards through the micropores, so that the volume of bubbles is reduced by utilizing the micropores.
