The invention discloses an internal mold structure of a cable bent tower. The internal mold structure is characterized by comprising a steel cylinder and a plurality of shear nails arranged on the outer wall of the steel cylinder. The steel cylinder is manufactured through the steps of cutting, beveling, rolling, seam welding, shear nail welding, coating for corrosion prevention, conveying, splicing, hoisting and the like. The steel cylinder with the shear nails is adopted as the inner mold, so that the inner mold and the poured cable bent tower can be combined into a whole, the previous disassembly procedure of the inner mold and a pull rod is avoided, the construction procedure is simplified, and the construction period is correspondingly shortened.
本发明公开了一种索塔内模结构,其特征在于:包括钢圆筒及设置于钢圆筒外壁上的若干剪力钉。上述钢圆筒通过切割、开坡口、卷制、接缝焊接、焊接剪力钉、涂装防腐、运送、拼接、吊装等步骤制成。本发明采用带剪力钉的钢圆筒作为内模,从而能够与浇筑后的索塔结合为一体,因而避免了以前内模及拉杆的拆卸工序,从而简化了施工工序,相应的也缩短了工期。
