Rapid filling equipment for deepwater pillow bag
The rapid filling equipment comprises a six-way valve used for inputting mortar, a mortar guide pipe arranged at the output end of the six-way valve and a movable bottom plate used for containing the pillow bag, at least two sets of supporting stand columns are arranged on the movable bottom plate, and a binding rope is arranged between the water outlet end of a gathering pipe and a mortar inlet of the pillow bag. The gathering pipe and the pillow bag are fixed; a water inlet end of the gathering pipe is communicated with an output end of the mortar guide pipe, mortar passes through the gathering pipe through the mortar guide pipe and is introduced into the pillow bag arranged at the water outlet end of the gathering pipe in a sleeving mode, when the mortar is poured into the pillow bag, the volume of the pillow bag expands, and the sleeve generates upward displacement on the supporting stand column to adapt to expansion of the pillow bag. When the pillow bag expands to the limit, the flow reducing assembly arranged on the supporting stand column is used for achieving the effect of reducing the flow speed of mortar in the mortar guide pipe. The pillow bag can be effectively prevented from being overcharged, and the safety is high.
本发明公开了一种用于深水枕袋快速充填设备,包括用于输入砂浆的六通阀、设于六通阀输出端的砂浆导管和用于放置枕袋的移动底板,移动底板上至少设有两组支撑立柱,汇总管的出水端与枕袋的进浆口之间通过设置的绑扎绳,实现汇总管与枕袋之间的固定;汇总管的一入水端连通于砂浆导管的输出端,利用砂浆导管将砂浆通过汇总管,并通入到套设在汇总管出水端上的枕袋内,当砂浆灌入枕袋时,枕袋的体积发生膨胀,并连带套筒在支撑立柱上产生向上的位移,用于适应枕袋的膨胀,当枕袋膨胀到极限时,利用设于支撑立柱上的减流组件,实现减小砂浆导管内砂浆流速的作用;本发明能有效的避免枕袋过充,安全性高。
