Underground structure construction method combining open caisson and milling groove
The invention discloses an underground structure construction method combining an open caisson and a milling groove. The underground structure construction method comprises the following steps that 1, an underground structure is divided into two or more open caisson sections; 2, each open caisson unit sinks into the corresponding open caisson section; 3, bottom sealing plain concrete and all internal structures of each open caisson unit are constructed; 4, a slot milling machine is adopted for milling soil bodies between the open caisson walls on the two sides of the opposite faces of every two adjacent open caisson units, and concrete of the side wall of each connecting section is poured; 5, a soil body between every two adjacent open caisson units is excavated to form a connecting section narrow strip foundation pit, and open caisson blocking walls of the corresponding open caisson units are gradually chiseled away; 6, after the narrow strip foundation pit of the connecting section is excavated to the pit bottom, structural back building of the connecting section and connection of the connecting section and the internal structure of the corresponding open caisson unit are completed; and 7, roof waterproof layer construction and soil covering backfilling of the connecting section are completed. The mechanical level of the open caisson connecting section is further improved, the application scene of the continuous open caisson is widened, and better economic and social benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了沉井与铣槽相结合的地下构筑物施工方法,包括如下步骤:1、将地下构筑物划分成两个以上沉井段;2、将每一沉井单元均沉入相应的沉井段;3、施工每一沉井单元的封底素砼和所有内部结构;4、采用铣槽机铣除每两个相邻的沉井单元相向一面两侧沉井井壁之间的土体,并浇筑每一连接段侧墙的混凝土;5、开挖每两个相邻的沉井单元之间土体形成连接段窄条基坑,并逐步凿除相应的沉井单元的沉井封堵墙;6、在连接段窄条基坑开挖至坑底后,完成连接段的结构回筑及与相应的沉井单元的内部结构的连接;7、完成连接段的的顶板防水层施工及覆土回填。本发明进一步提升沉井连接段机械化水平,拓宽连续沉井应用场景,具有更好的经济和社会效益。
