The invention discloses a concrete column joint structure with a prefabricated UHPC reinforcing section and a construction method. The concrete column joint structure comprises a column body, a column bottom structure and a lower prefabricated UHPC hollow reinforcing section. A lower grouting sleeve is arranged in the side wall of the lower prefabricated UHPC hollow reinforcing section; a first sealing plug is arranged at the upper end of the lower grouting sleeve; first stirrups are arranged in the side wall of the lower prefabricated UHPC hollow reinforcing section and located on the outer side of the lower grouting sleeve in the vertical direction at intervals. The column body is poured at the top of the lower prefabricated UHPC hollow reinforcing section, and a main reinforcement cage and a lower additional reinforcement cage are arranged in the column body; the lower ends of a group of vertical steel bars in the main steel reinforcement cage extend into a group of lower grouting sleeves; the upper part of the lower additional reinforcement cage is poured in the column body, and the lower end of the lower additional reinforcement cage extends into a cavity of the lower prefabricated UHPC hollow reinforcing section; connecting steel bars are pre-embedded in the top of the column bottom structure; the upper ends of the connecting steel bars are inserted into the lower grouting sleeves. The technical problems that a traditional connection joint is large in steel consumption and high in cost and cannot be repaired after a great earthquake are solved.
