The invention provides a ship lock prefabricated UHPC surface protection structure and a construction method, the ship lock prefabricated UHPC surface protection structure is formed by splicing a plurality of UHPC board standard parts, the upper end and the lower end of each UHPC board standard part are respectively provided with a groove and a convex block which correspond to each other and are used for vertical butt joint of the UHPC board standard parts, and the back of each UHPC board standard part is symmetrically provided with two groups of connecting parts which are distributed at the upper edge and the lower edge. The vertical butt joint is used for fixing the UHPC board standard part, and a plurality of anchor bars used for being combined with cast-in-place concrete are further arranged on the back face of the UHPC board standard part. By utilizing the characteristics of high strength and corrosion resistance of the UHPC concrete, the UHPC prefabricated slab is used for ship lock facade concrete protection, so that the ship collision and friction resistance and the structural durability can be greatly improved. In addition, the cost is reduced by at least half compared with a steel plate protection face, the protection area is larger than that of steel guard wood protection, and the protection effect is ideal. Meanwhile, when the ship lock is constructed, the UHPC prefabricated slab can be used as a formwork at the same time, the use amount of the formwork is reduced, the formwork does not need to be dismantled subsequently, and the construction process is simplified.
本发明提供一种船闸预制UHPC护面结构及施工方法,由多个UHPC板标准件拼装而成,UHPC板标准件的上下两端分别设置有相对应的凹槽和凸块,用于UHPC板标准件的竖向对接,UHPC板标准件的背面对称设置有两组分布位于上下边缘处的连接件,用于固定UHPC板标准件的竖向对接,UHPC板标准件的背面还设置有多个用于与现浇混凝土相结合的锚筋。通过利用UHPC混凝土强度高、耐腐蚀的特点,将UHPC预制板用于船闸立面混凝土防护,可大大提升了抵抗船舶撞击碰擦能力和结构耐久性。另外,较钢板护面成本至少降低一半,较钢护木防护的防护面积大、防护效果理想。同时在船闸施工时,UHPC预制板可同时兼做模板使用,减少了模板用量,且后续不用拆除,简化了施工流程。
