The invention relates to the technical field of bricklaying plastering devices, in particular to a uniform plastering machine for bricklaying. A uniform plastering machine for bricklaying comprises a charging box, charging wheels, sliding plates, a discharging mechanism and a scraping mechanism, the charging wheels are rotatably connected to the front side and the rear side of the lower portion of the charging box, a discharging port is formed in the lower side of the right portion of the charging box, the sliding plates are slidably connected to the front side and the rear side of the lower portion of the charging box, and the discharging mechanism used for controlling uniform discharging is arranged in the charging box. A scraping mechanism used for scraping mortar on the bricks out of a fixed shape is arranged on the right portion of the charging box. The handle moves leftwards to drive the material blocking plate to move leftwards, so that the discharging opening is exposed, mortar evenly falls onto bricks from the discharging opening in the leftward moving process of the charging box, the amount of the mortar laid on the bricks is the same, and then the mortar is scraped into the shape with the middle low and the two sides high through the scraping plate; and therefore, the mortar can be laid more uniformly in the subsequent brick pressing process.
