The invention relates to the technical field of electric power overhaul, in particular to a direction-adjustable electric power overhaul ladder which is characterized in that an overhaul ladder driving mechanism is in running fit with an overhaul seat stand; the supporting mechanisms are oppositely and fixedly arranged on the two sides of the overhaul seat stand. The maintenance ladder driving mechanism comprises pedals capable of being elastically reset and inclined driving rods, and the inclined driving rods are matched with the corresponding pedals in a hinged mode. When the pedals are treaded, the corresponding inclined driving rods abut against the ground, and the horizontal movement of the maintenance ladder is achieved under the pressure of the pedals on the inclined driving rods; the supporting mechanism comprises a supporting assembly and a roller assembly. Two supporting columns of the supporting assembly are fixedly connected through a plurality of supporting plates. The rolling wheel assemblies are rotationally arranged in the corresponding supporting columns. Through cooperative use of the roller assemblies and the maintenance ladder driving mechanism, movement of the electric power maintenance ladder in multiple directions can be achieved so as to meet electric power maintenance requirements on different horizontal positions, and improvement of the efficiency of electric power maintenance work is facilitated.
