The invention is suitable for the technical field of coating preparation processes, and provides a micro-cement preparation method and material.The method comprises the steps that firstly, inorganic pigment, superfine silicon dioxide and first quartz sand are mixed and put into a high-speed stirrer to be stirred, and first powder is obtained; secondly, the first powder, aluminate cement and second quartz sand are mixed and put into a high-speed stirrer to be stirred, and second powder is obtained; thirdly, the second powder, a defoaming agent, a retarder, starch ether, cellulose ether and redispersible latex powder are mixed and put into a high-speed stirrer, and third powder is obtained; and finally, mixing the third powder and silicone acrylic emulsion, putting the mixture into a high-speed stirrer, and stirring to obtain the micro cement. The micro cement which is free of caking and demulsification and stable in structure can be produced, and the construction efficiency and the construction quality can be improved by adopting the micro cement produced by the method.
本发明适用于涂料的制备工艺技术领域，提供了一种微水泥制备方法及材料，该方法包括：首先，将无机颜料、超细二氧化硅以及第一石英砂混合放入高速搅拌器搅拌得到第一粉体；其次，将第一粉体、铝酸盐水泥以及第二石英砂混合放入高速搅拌器搅拌得到第二粉体；再次，将第二粉体、消泡剂、缓凝剂、淀粉醚、纤维素醚以及可再分散乳胶粉混合放入高速搅拌器得到第三粉体；最后，将第三粉体和硅丙乳液混合放入高速搅拌器搅拌得到微水泥。本发明能够生产出一种不结块、不破乳、结构稳定的微水泥，采用本发明生产的微水泥不仅能提高了施工的效率，还提高了施工质量。
