Pile-forming quality control method for vibro-replacement gravel pile under dynamic load effect
The invention discloses a vibro-replacement gravel pile forming quality control technical method under the dynamic load effect, and the method comprises the steps: determining the position of a gravel pile according to a designed drawing; processing and manufacturing a movable vibration blanking machine; a gravel pile cofferdam and a launder with the height of 0.5 m are built along the periphery of the gravel pile by 1 m, and a sedimentation tank with the depth of 2 m is excavated; a lifting ring hook on the vibroflot is hung on a universal vertical hook of a crane; the vibroflot is hoisted by the crane, and after the vibroflot is vertical, the vibroflot and a high-pressure clean water pump in the vibroflot are started to perform gravel pile hole forming operation; a movable vibration blanking machine is mounted on the outer side of the gravel pile cofferdam opposite to the crane; after the hole forming depth of the gravel pile is reached, 2-4 standard stones with the thickness being 300 mm are poured through a movable type vibration discharging machine, and then a high-pressure clean water pump of a vibroflot is turned off for vibration compaction; and gravel materials are filled, layered pouring is conducted through a movable vibration discharging machine, and layered vibration compaction is conducted through a vibroflot till gravel pile pouring and vibration are finished.
本发明公开了一种动荷载作用下振冲碎石桩成桩质量控制技术方法,依据设计的图纸,确定碎石桩位置;加工制作移动式振动下料机;沿碎石桩周边1m以外砌筑0.5m高碎石桩围堰、流槽,开挖2m深沉淀池;将振冲器上的吊环钩挂在吊车的万向垂重钩上;吊车吊起振冲器,待振冲器垂直后,开动振冲器和振冲器内的高压清水泵,进行碎石桩成孔作业;在吊车对面的碎石桩围堰外侧安装移动式振动下料机;在碎石桩成孔达到深度后,利用移动式振动下料机先灌注300㎜厚2~4标准石子,然后关闭振冲器的高压清水泵进行振动压实;填充碎石材料,利用移动式振动下料机进行分层灌注和振冲器分层振动密实,直至碎石桩灌注和振动结束。
