Grouting squeezing and expanding anchor rod device and construction method based on grouting squeezing and expanding anchor rod device
A grouting squeezing and expanding anchor rod device comprises an anchor rod, the anchor rod penetrates through a grouting pipe, the lower section of the grouting pipe is wrapped with a waterproof grout bundling bag, after anchoring, grouting is conducted in the grouting pipe through a grouting device at the top of the anchor rod, grout is discharged into the grout bundling bag from a grout outlet of the grouting pipe, surrounding soil is squeezed and expanded under the action of grouting pressure, and finally the grouting squeezing and expanding anchor rod is formed. The top of the anchor rod is anchored in the reinforced concrete foundation. According to the grouting squeezing and expanding anchor rod device, rotary jet grouting bottom expanding is not needed on the construction site, the investment of construction equipment is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved; and the anchoring section rod body structure is simplified. The invention further discloses a construction method based on the grouting squeezing and expanding anchor rod device. The construction method mainly comprises drilling implantation and static pressure implantation.
