Grouting squeezing and expanding anchor-pile structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a grouting squeezing and expanding anchor-pile structure and a construction method thereof. The grouting squeezing and expanding anchor-pile structure comprises a pile body and an anchoring device. A connecting end plate is arranged in the middle of the anchoring device, the anchoring device is connected with a bottom end plate of the pile body through the connecting end plate, the anchoring device is divided into a free section and an anchoring section by the connecting end plate, the free section is located in the pile body, the anchoring section extends out of the pile body, and the free section and the anchoring section are detachably connected; the anchoring device comprises a slurry binding bag, the periphery of the anchoring section is sleeved with the slurry binding bag, and the slurry binding bag is used for containing the filling material and extruding and expanding outwards in the installation process to form a stone body. According to the configuration, the interaction force between the anchoring device and the soil layer is improved in the mode that the surrounding soil layer is squeezed and expanded by the stone body formed through grouting, and therefore the overall bearing capacity of the grouting squeezing and expanding anchor-pile structure is improved; meanwhile, the anchoring device and the pile body are both constructed by adopting factory prefabrication and field assembly processes, so that the construction is simple and efficient, and the construction cost can be reduced.
本发明提供一种注浆挤扩锚‑桩结构及其施工方法,注浆挤扩锚‑桩结构包括:桩本体以及锚固装置;锚固装置的中部设置有连接端板,锚固装置通过连接端板与桩本体的底部端板连接,连接端板将锚固装置划分为自由段和锚固段,自由段位于桩本体的内部,锚固段伸出桩本体,自由段和锚固段可拆卸地连接;锚固装置包括束浆袋,束浆袋套设于锚固段的外周,束浆袋用于在安装过程中,容置填充材料并向外挤扩,形成结石体。如此配置,通过注浆形成结石体挤扩周围土层的方式,提高了锚固装置与土层之间的相互作用力,从而提高了注浆挤扩锚‑桩结构的整体承载力;同时,锚固装置和桩本体均采用工厂预制、现场装配工艺施工,施工简单、高效,还能够降低工程造价。
