The offshore wind power barrel type foundation air pressure leveling deviation rectifying system comprises a barrel skirt, a single stand column and inclined struts, a plurality of fan-shaped wing plates are distributed on a circle of the outer side of the steel barrel skirt, and the fan-shaped wing plates are flush with the top of the barrel skirt; inflatable air bags are arranged below the fan-shaped wing plates, and when the barrel type foundation inclines, the air bags can be inflated to rectify deviation of the barrel type foundation. A counter-force beam is arranged on the fan-shaped wing plate and connected with the single stand column. The air pressure leveling, grouting, reinforcing and deviation rectifying system for the offshore wind power barrel type foundation has the inclination preventing and post-inclination adjusting functions on the barrel type foundation, the adaptability and safety of the barrel type foundation in the soft geology are enhanced, the application range of the barrel type foundation is expanded, the barrel type foundation can be installed on the geology which does not meet the barrel type foundation originally, and the working efficiency of the barrel type foundation is improved. And the construction cost of the offshore wind power foundation is further reduced.
本发明公开了一种海上风电筒型基础气压调平纠偏系统及其纠偏方法,包括筒裙、单立柱和斜撑,所述钢制筒裙外侧一圈上分布有多块扇形翼板,所述扇形翼板与筒裙的顶部齐平;所述扇形翼板下设置有可充气的气囊,当筒型基础发生倾斜时,气囊会充气对筒型基础进行纠偏;所述扇形翼板上设置有反力梁,所述反力梁与单立柱连接。本发明提出了海上风电筒型基础气压调平灌浆加固纠偏系统对筒型基础具有预防倾斜与倾斜后调校功能,增强了筒型基础在软弱地质中的适应性与安全性,扩展了筒型基础的应用范围,使原先不满足筒型基础的地质也能安装筒型基础,进一步降低了海上风电基础建设成本。
