The two flanges and the two first side plates are connected in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are arranged in parallel; the conversion section comprises a conversion web plate and a partition plate connected to the end part of the conversion web plate; the conversion web plate is connected between the two first side plates, the first end of the conversion web plate is connected with a web plate of the H-shaped steel column, the second end of the conversion web plate extends into a box-shaped cavity defined by the first side plates and the second side plates, the depth of the conversion web plate extending into the box-shaped cavity is L, L is larger than or equal to 2.5 hc, and hc is the distance between two flanges of the H-shaped steel column; the four side faces of the partition plate are connected with the inner walls of the box-shaped steel columns, and it is guaranteed that force transmission is safe and reliable.
