Integrated ceiling radiation capillary network composite floor slab
The invention provides a composite floor slab integrated with a ceiling radiation capillary network. The composite floor slab comprises a pipeline protection thin layer, a composite floor slab prefabricated layer, a structural reinforcing mesh, truss reinforcing steel bars and branch pipe reserved connectors, wherein the prefabricated floor slab integrated ceiling radiation air conditioner capillary network system is composed of the prefabricated floor slab and the ceiling radiation air conditioner capillary network. According to factory prefabrication, firstly, a capillary network is arranged on a bottom die, then a fine aggregate gel material is poured to wrap a pipeline to form a protection layer, after standing, galling and initial setting are conducted, a reinforcing mesh and truss ribs are arranged, composite floor slab concrete is poured, and reserved connectors of branch pipes of the capillary network are thrown out. During on-site installation, the composite floor slab is arranged, branch pipes are connected according to the requirement of an air-conditioning heating system, a main pipe joint connected with equipment is thrown out, and then a composite floor slab cast-in-place layer is poured. Integration of the capillary network of the ceiling radiation air conditioner and the prefabricated structure floor is achieved, the procedure of plastering and laying the pipe network on site is reduced, cost is saved, the radiation quality of the pipe network is guaranteed, and meanwhile the construction period is shortened.
本发明提供一种集成天棚辐射毛细管网的叠合楼板,包括管线保护薄层、叠合楼板预制层、结构钢筋网片、桁架钢筋、支管预留接头组成装配预制楼板集成天棚辐射冷暖空调毛细管网体系。工厂预制先在底模上布置毛细管网,然后浇筑细骨料凝胶材料包裹管线形成保护层,静置后拉毛,初凝后布置钢筋网片及桁架筋,浇筑叠合楼板混凝土,甩出毛细管网支管预留接头。现场安装时布置好叠合楼板,按空调采暖系统要求连接支管,甩出与设备连接的干管接头,之后浇筑叠合楼板现浇层。本发明实现了天棚辐射冷暖空调毛细管网与预制结构楼板集成,减少现场抹灰敷设管网工序,节省成本,保证管网辐射质量,同时缩短了施工周期。
