The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a large-span reinforced concrete horizontal member construction method which comprises the following steps that an early-dismantling supporting frame system and a late-dismantling supporting frame system are erected according to a drawing for designing a supporting system, and both the early-dismantling supporting frame system and the late-dismantling supporting frame system adopt disc buckle type scaffolds; the wall column pouring formwork, the beam pouring formwork and the floor pouring formwork are erected and poured in sequence; when the concrete strength of the wall column structure reaches 50% of the design strength, the wall column formwork is dismantled; when the concrete strength reaches 75% of the design strength, the early-dismantling supporting frame system and the formwork on the early-dismantling supporting frame system are dismantled; when the concrete strength reaches 100% of the design strength, the late-dismantled supporting frame system and the formwork on the late-dismantled supporting frame system are dismantled; according to the construction method, the structural span is manually reduced in the construction stage, the internal force of the structural span is reduced, the formwork can be demounted early, the safety degree of the structure is not affected, material turnover is accelerated, the cost is reduced, the work efficiency is improved, and the construction period is shortened.
