The invention discloses a construction method of a large-span profile steel reinforced concrete beam, which comprises the following steps that 1) a plurality of groups of scale guiding rule jacking pipe devices are installed on a bottom form of a to-be-installed profile steel reinforced concrete profile steel beam, and two scale guiding rule jacking pipe devices are oppositely arranged to form a group of supporting units; 2) the profile steel beam is hoisted to a position between the two scale guiding rule jacking pipe devices by adopting a crane, and an upper flange plate of the profile steelbeam is clamped by the scale guiding rule jacking pipe devices; 3) the scale guiding rule jacking pipe devices are jacked by adopting a jack, and the profile steel beam is driven to move to a specified position; 4) binding and welding are conducted on a bottom rib and a surface rib of the profile steel beam; 5) stirrups and stirrup lower cushion blocks are placed; and 6), after the crane is unloaded, a formwork is supported, and concrete is poured. For installation of a large-span profile steel reinforced concrete beam, the very good positioning, supporting and fixing effects are achieved, the structure is simple, a jacking pipe can achieve the very good supporting effect, the jacking position can be fixed according to needs, the construction efficiency is improved, and construction resources are saved.
