The invention discloses a carbon-buried abandoned well plugging method which comprises the steps that an open hole or a perforation section is sealed, a first plugging surface is formed, and the position of the first plugging surface is higher than a casing shoe of an intermediate casing; cement is injected into the first plug surface for plugging to form a second plug surface; a suspension is injected into the second plug surface to form a suspension layer, and the suspension comprises barite and Pb (OH) 2; cement is injected on the suspension layer for plugging to form a third plug surface, and the position of the third plug surface is higher than the cement return depth of the production casing; and a corrosion inhibition liquid is injected into the third plug surface through a lower light oil pipe at the upper part of the shaft. According to the blocking method for the carbon-buried abandoned well, the problem of carbon burying of the abandoned well can be solved, and the problems that when a conventional cement plug or mechanical well blocking technology is adopted for well blocking treatment of the CCUS abandoned well, long-term effective sealing performance of a shaft is difficult to guarantee, and serious potential safety hazards exist can be solved.
