Comprising the following steps that a proper pipeline installation sliding trolley and a concrete pipeline are selected; a movable pipeline fixing buckle is mounted on the pipeline mounting sliding trolley, and the pipeline fixing buckle is connected to a concrete pipeline; after the concrete pipeline is adjusted to the expected installation elevation through a movable chain, the movable chain is fixed to the chain connecting piece; a sliding trolley sliding rail is used for moving the concrete pipeline to a corresponding pipeline mounting part and then mounting the concrete pipeline in place in detail; after the concrete pipeline is installed stably, the integrated mortar troweling device is installed and fixed to the joint of the concrete pipeline; injecting mortar through the grouting holes by using a small-sized mortar grouting machine; and then a small vibrating rod is inserted into the vibrating opening to vibrate the mortar, so that the size of the mortar wiping belt is full and compact. The invention aims to eliminate the potential safety hazard in the mounting process and improve the quality of the pipeline joint.
