The invention relates to the technical field of urban pipeline construction, and discloses a construction method and a construction device for socket and spigot type pipeline installation. The actual elevation of the outer bottom of the pipeline is calculated according to the position, displayed by the reference object, of the axis of the pipeline in cooperation with the known pipeline size, and the pipe frame is placed according to the calculated elevation of the outer bottom of the pipeline. A pre-installation pipeline and a post-bearing pipeline are firstly placed in a pipe frame, and the pipe frame is arranged based on a reference object of the axis of the pipeline, so that the axis of the pre-installation pipeline and the axis of the post-bearing pipeline are located on the same straight line; and in addition, fixing pieces and horizontal traction mechanisms are mounted on the pre-mounting pipeline and the post-bearing pipeline. And finally, a horizontal traction mechanism drives fasteners fixed to the first installation pipeline and the rear bearing pipeline, the rear bearing pipeline is dragged to move towards the first installation pipeline in the axis direction of the pipeline, and therefore socket connection work between the two adjacent pipelines (the first installation pipeline and the rear bearing pipeline) is achieved. The purposes of simplifying construction procedures, reducing pipeline construction errors, reducing cost and improving efficiency are achieved.
本发明涉及城市管道施工技术领域,公开了一种用于承插式管道安装的施工方法及施工装置。依据参照物显示的管道轴线的位置、配合已知的管道尺寸,计算出实际的管道外底的标高,根据计算出的管道外底的标高安放管架。在管架内先安放先安装管道和后承接管道,由于管架的安放是基于管道轴线的参照物布置的,所以先安装管道和后承接管道的轴线处于同一条直线上;并且,在先安装管道和后承接管道上安装固定件和水平牵引机构。最后,通过水平牵引机构带动固定在先安装管道和后承接管道上的紧固件,牵引后承接管道沿管道的轴线方向向先安装管道方向移动,从而实现相邻两根管道(先安装管道和后承接管道)之间的承插连接工作。起到简化施工工序、降低管道施工误差、降本增效的目的。
